Please do not print the chapters of this book or the companion documents using the HTML files that are posted to this blog. Instead, please use the PDF versions located on the Fact of Evolution website. The website contains PDF versions of each chapter of the book, as well as a PDF version of the whole book in a single file. It also has a PDF version for each of the Companion Documents.
Each PDF file has a header and footer containing copyright information, the date of the document, and a link to the website. Please do not remove this information when printing. Also, please do not print any segment of a chapter without including the Important Copyright Notice. All printouts should also contain the Acknowledgement Section and the relevant Endnotes.
Although the PDF files contain colored links, printing these documents in black and white will be the lowest cost option. The PDF files should not be scaled when printing, as they are already formatted to fit on an 8 ½” x 11” page. Before printing any document, please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions that apply to all documents posted on the Fact of Evolution website and/or blog.
